Logistics Specialist
Job Summary
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the timely and proper handling/accounting of all products/inventory from receipt through to shipping. All products that JMC sells to our customers have to go through our Logistics department, so it is imperative that the Logistics Specialist performs all transactions with a focus on quality, accuracy and timeliness. The Logistics Specialist is expected to follow established departmental/company policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety/environmental control standards.
Logistics Planner
Job Summary
The Logistics Planner organizes and executes all invoicing required by JMC NC, INC in compliance with ISO guidelines and federal/international regulations. Is responsible for establishing and communicating the daily work plan for the Shipping and Receiving staff to assure all processes are completed within guidelines and according to established priorities in an effort to exceed customer expectations This includes issuing, maintaining, controlling, and auditing required documentation. Follow established departmental/company policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety/environmental control standards. Position also requires cross training in responsibilities of Logistics Specialists. Plus, coordinates with multiple freight forwarding companies that handle out-going shipments and provides instructions for export.
Territory Account Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Territory Account Sales Executive serves as a key point of contact for assigned customers by promoting and selling products, building rapport, highlighting our services, responding to inquiries, answering questions, addressing/resolving concerns, and following up with customers in their assigned territory about quotes and orders placed. This role is essential to fulfilling our mission because our success depends on delighting our customers each day and our Territory Account Sales Executives help us to live up to that responsibility.

The role is to understand all products that JMC supplies, quote the best product based on customer specifications and answer technical questions from JMC staff as well as customers.

Job Summary
The Chemistry Technical Support, Order Coordinator works in a non-laboratory setting applying scientific experience, research, and information to business applications that support JMC customers, suppliers, and staff in a professional, proactive, and efficient manner. The role is to support customers with their order status through coordination with suppliers and Client Relations Department.
Chemical Import/Export Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
This position supports JMC’s chemical product import/export regulatory Compliance Department by auditing, processing and verifying information pertaining to goods for purchase to clients. This position is in a non-laboratory setting applying scientific research and information to business applications that support JMC customers, suppliers and staff in a professional, proactive and efficient manner. The primary function of the role is to understand all products that JMC supplies and respond to compliance matters from JMC staff as well as customers.
This position handles DEA processes and reviews all paperwork associated with DEA Controlled Substances to ensure compliance with JMC’s Compliance Program and all federal and state regulations and requirements applicable to controlled substances. This position reports to the Compliance Manager.
